The Seiser Alm Running Park offers 180 km of well-signposted running routes throughout the entire Schlern region. There are eight trails on the Seiser Alm, and, thanks to the optimum altitude of between 1,800 and 2,300 metres above sea level, the altitude training benefits offered here are considerable. There are many routes of different lengths and degrees of difficulty. The absolute highlight of the running season is the Seiser Alm Half Marathon, which takes place in July.
